- Payment
- We email an invoice you can pay electronically by card or ACH. Payment is due in full no later than 3 weeks before the class starts, or we release your seat. Registrations of 3 or more attendees in a course can ask to be billed.
- Your reservation
- A reservation holds for up to 7 days, or until 3 weeks before the class, whichever comes first. If it is not paid by then, it is released.
- Cancellations and refunds
- There are no refunds on or after 10 calendar days before the class start date and time. A refund for an earlier cancellation is less a 10% administrative fee plus any card fees.
- Transfers
- A seat can be transferred to a colleague at any time, up to the start of the class.
Sending this does not charge you or guarantee a spot. Seats are first come, first served and availability is limited. Our team follows up to verify your enrollment, then we email an invoice you can pay by card or ACH.
